Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, various pastries, and a standard toaster, the staff were attentive and it's definitely worth returning here for the value it provides.

Friendly welcome at reception, which continued through to breakfast and housekeeping.
Bathroom fan in room 138 didn't appear to be working. Everything else was good.

The room was gorgeous and we greatly enjoyed having the double bed there. The breakfast was very good with juices, the regular toaster and also pastries, the restaurant was great! We received exceptional service from the very good staff. The location was stunning, not too far from Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum.

Very good facilities and an adequate breakfast with the gluten free bread and mushrooms, as for instance.

The room had an old air conditioning unit, but it did the job. It had everything I needed. The hotel is located in a great area with a shopping district and market nearby. 🛍️

Our deluxe queen room was equipped with an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a coffee/tea maker. We were in a magnificent and fab location at a short distance from an art gallery. It was across the great area.

Great and brilliant location, very close to a tube station. The units are impeccable and fantastic, with armchair.- The breakfast is very very good, with well-presented food.

The restaurant and the bar were very nice. The food was also very good.
The location directly at a main road was not so pleasant. You could hear the noise from the car all night long. Even with closed windows the noise was still relatively loud. Also at the reception, one could have made a little more effort. We had a little trouble with the dialect in Glasgow, and the receptionist didn't make much effort to speak a little more dialect-free.

Breakfast good, location good
Booked accessible room, reception claimed booking was for double deluxe room. Fortunately my wife doesn’t use wheelchair but has limited mobility but room was ok

I recently stayed at the Grosvenor Hotel in the West End for a few nights on a leisure trip. The location was fantastic, being adjacent to the Botanic Gardens and within walking distance to the city center. The hotel also offered good public transport options nearby. The breakfast provided was well-cooked and comprehensive, and the hotel staff were always friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Large comfortable room. The receptionist suggested a front room as the back ones can be noisy in the mornings with delivery lorries. Good location. Excellent breakfast. Free parking.

Great location, but very tired hotel. Car parking is a risk, big cars won't make it and single females are not advised to walk down alone. How they can justify charging I don't know. Horrible breakfast, staff gave no help, provided orange water rather than juice. Breakfast itself ran out, chef was next to it! Room was disgusting, hair and a dirty sock in the bathroom from previous resident. Noise from main road was horrific, no secondary glazing. Spoke to manager on check out, she was not interested at all. Overall, extremely disappointing experience, would not recommend this hotel. I certainly will not be staying there again.
Location and Gin bar.
Poor rooms, noisy, terrible service, poor quality breakfast, not clean, unhygienic, car park is dangerous (no lighting, walkways, low ceiling), staff appear to be defensive and/or lacking in basic standards of service.
